1. Services

We offer professional sessions and guided courses. Scheduling and access details will be communicated upon purchase. Clients must adhere to agreed schedules and guidelines.

1.1 Reimbursement Policy for Services

Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction date. To initiate a request, please submit a form via our contact form. Approved reimbursements will be processed through the original channel of payment within 10 business days of approval. Alternatively, Clients may opt to reschedule a session, subject to availability. Certain live, limited-capacity events are non-refundable due to seat constraints; such conditions will be clearly stated prior to purchase.

2. Information Products

We provide digital guides, manuals, and other downloadable resources. Delivery of these products is instantaneous upon purchase.

2.1 Reimbursement Policy for Information Products

Due to the digital nature of these items, reimbursements are only possible if a defect prevents access or download. Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Contact us through our contact form with proof of issue. Upon verification, we will send a corrected version or process a reimbursement within 5 business days.

3. Goods

Physical items are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping timelines and carrier details are provided at the time of order.

3.1 Reimbursement and Exchange Policy for Goods

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of delivery via our contact form. Provide photos and order details. We will arrange either an exchange or reimbursement at our discretion, and cover any necessary shipping fees.

4. General Conditions

By engaging with AccBrightHub, Users agree to comply with these terms. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time; amendments will take effect immediately upon posting on this site. Continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Effective date: January 1, 2025.
